use [image1] to create a vintage 1990s anime style illustration reminiscent of a classic city-pop album cover. A beautiful woman with voluminous 80s-style hair and retro sunglasses, driving a classic convertible along a coastal highway. The color palette consists of pastel pinks, mint greens, and soft sunset oranges. The art style mimics traditional cel animation with subtle film grain, slightly muted contrast, and hand-drawn line imperfections. The lighting feels like a hazy, nostalgic summer evening.
